Securities

Declaration pursuant to Section 5 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (the “Prospectus Regulation”).

Hoerner Bank AG has all the necessary approvals to use prospectus for all its securities offered pursuant to Section 3 para. 1 subpara. 2 (“Prospectus Regulation”). The prospectus are used in accordance with the regulations conditional to the approvals.

Liquidity management tools (German Investment Code [KAGB])
Options for managing inflow and outflow through the issue and redemption of shares in investment funds (liquidity management tools).

The aim of using liquidity management tools for investment funds is to enable a better response to increased issuance or redemption requests or special market conditions. Account interface for third party payment service providers

Pursuant to the German Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG) Sections 45, 48, 50, we, in our capacity as account-holding payment service provider, support a regulated access option (XS2A) to online accessible payment accounts for third-party card issuers, payment initiation service providers and account information service providers from September 14, 2019.

The implementation is effective based on Berlin Group NextGen specification, version 1.2, through our technical service provider Fiducia & GAD IT AG.

Productive account interface for third party payment service providers

The German Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG) Sections 45, 48, 50 demands that from September 14, 2019, all account-holding payment service providers provide regulated access (XS2A) to online payment accounts in accordance with PSD2 to third party card issuers, payment initiation service providers and account information service providers.

The implementation is effective based on Berlin Group NextGen specification, through our technical service provider Fiducia & GAD IT AG. From June 14, 2019 onwards it will be possible to productively use the live interface.
