mobileTAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If an incorrect mobileTAN is entered three consecutive times, the mobileTAN procedure is blocked and a new activation code will be generated automatically and sent directly to you. From that moment, your previous access is blocked completely and can no longer be used. A SecureGo plus TAN will be automatically requested at the \u201cEingabe pr\u00fcfen\u201d (Check details) stage of the online banking procedure.<br \/>\nYou log in to the SecureGo plus or VR-SecureGo plus TAN app. It is also possible to log in directly by clicking on the push notification received (if you have already chosen to receive push notifications).<br \/>\nPlease check the transaction details such as the amount and the recipient IBAN in the SecureGo plus or VR-SecureGo plus TAN app.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to activate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One-off activation required<\/p>\n<p>Before you can use the SecureGo plus or VR-SecureGo plus TAN app, you first have to complete the one-off registration process in the app using your VR-NetKey. This will then generate an activation code to be sent to you by post. When you receive the activation code, you can then activate the SecureGo plus or VR-SecureGo plus TAN app. Alternatively, you can also generate the activation code directly in online banking. Click on the arrow next to your name and select \u201cDatenschutz &amp; Sicherheit\u201c (Data protection &amp; security). Under security procedures, go to SecureGo plus and click on the plus button. Under \u201cGer\u00e4t hinzuf\u00fcgen\u201c (Add device), you can view the activation code online (\u201cOnline anzeigen\u201c). Once activation has been completed, you can then receive TANs on your smartphone or tablet in the SecureGo plus or VR-SecureGo plus TAN app.<\/p>\n<p>If you are new to online banking, you will also have to first complete the one-off registration process in the app using your VR-NetKey.
